General Manager / CX Director

An ambitious professional who has dedicated over 15 years of her career to the field of customer service and care. 

With a wealth of experience derived from working over 10 years in Private Banking, Astrid understands the importance of operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Her approach puts people and processes before products, recognizing that providing great customer service includes much more than just product delivery. 

Her philosophy was further shaped while personally developing one-on-one relationships with ultra high net worth individuals globally. This expertise enabled Astrid to gain insight into the highest level of customer expectation, and inspired her to create a unique approach that seeks to exceed these expectations.

As CX Director, Astrid will work in partnership with you to improve service delivery across the organisation. She is experienced in running customer experience workshops for all employees, and remains a consultant afterwards to ensure successful implementation of strategies. Her passion lies in helping others reach their goals with improved customer experiences - and she’s eager to help you bring yours to the next level.

Jan, our seasoned Director of Photography (DoP), brings close to a decade of technical prowess and experience in the MENA region. Known for his expertise in orchestrating brand campaigns and advertising projects, Jan is a master of capturing visually compelling stories through his lens.

His proficiency lies in the meticulous manipulation of light, whether it's harnessing natural elements like sunlight or intricately setting up complex lighting systems. Jan's technical finesse and precision in executing visuals contribute significantly to our projects' success.

With a keen eye developed through years of analog photography, Jan has honed the ability to foresee and execute shots methodically. His dedication to his craft and talent for translating concepts into impactful visuals make him an invaluable asset to our creative endeavors.

Art Director

Graeme brings over two decades of extensive experience to his role as an accomplished graphic designer and art director. With a flair for creativity and adaptability, he's adept at crafting compelling visual narratives that resonate across diverse sectors, both in the UK and the Middle East.

As a pivotal creative partner at KNOW, Graeme seamlessly collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, leveraging his strengths in connectedness and adaptability. His expertise lies in designing and refining visual identity systems for various mediums, meticulously crafting impactful designs for screens and print. With a strategic mindset and an innate sense of positivity, Graeme is driven by a passion for translating brand purpose into distinct, meaningful, and clear visual representations.
